Pretty much any bean or lentil in the bulk section. Right now I am loving the anasazi beans.

The whole grains I favor are raw buckwheat groats, steel cut oats, millet, amaranth, quinoa and brown rice.

I try to get to the farmers market every weekend. There I will buy all my produce, collards, chard, kale, lettuces, spinach, parsley, cilantro, jicama, tomatoes, berries, apples, pears, avocado, potatoes of all kinds. etc.

Also, at the grocery store I will get seasonings and vinegar and any other produce that I may need at the moment.
