60 lbs, well when I started. Plan, I have none. I work best with watching my calories, hence using the app. ;) But I also have a Jawbone and a Planet Fitness membership, so money kinda motivates me.

Max set is 2100, although most days I eat around 1800 or less. I don't exercise enough to have extra calories to eat. I walk an average 7k steps in a work day which I don't take in account.

When I go to the gym, which is like once a week. Otherwise I don't pay much attention. I fluctuate often, and daily checking would only discourage me.

I've made muenster grilled cheese using cinnamon butter which turned out wonderful. I think I've done the apples and cheddar grilled cheese route before and it was awesome.

Mint Kitkats. I'm a sucker for mint and chocolate. I have a few bags of the minis stashed away in my freezer for a quick chocolate fix.

I'm not much for meal plannings; it's basically whatever I can pull from the freezer and hope like hell it thaws within an hour. Whole wheat pancakes using Triple Zero yogurt with a smear of peanut butter, 2 slices of deli roast beef, and pepper jack cheese with a drizzle of maple syrup. Most mornings though I have a chocolate rice cake to calm my stomach, then eat eggs in some form or another at work with a protein shake mid morning.

I've always gotten the whole "you don't need to lose weight" argument. I want to be comfortable, and I'm not at my current weight, nor at my lowest 170. Also the whole "take supplements." By weight is usually the easiest, but I find that veggies don't have loads of calories so I usually ignore them. It's the dressings/cheeses/croutons/dried fruits that kill you.
