I feel the same way. I didn't do much but walk for 30 min and still ate like a pig. We had nachos and I still had a hershey bar. Oh did I deserve it though. Its ok. As long as you eat your calories and I am learning this too as well. I agree with celery stalker, what else did you eat today in place of them debbie snacks…

I agree your body will tell you. I have been doing 1200 or less w/exercise and one day I went to exercise & my body said "oh no girl, not tonight"! My knees were weak and my body said it was time for a rest. Again trust me, your body will tell you!

Do you take vitamins? Have you dropped your weight dramatically? Not taking vitiams and dropping the weight dramatically could also cause for the hair falling out. More workouts can definitely make you hungry. Make sure you are consuming at least 1200 calories/day and try to keep your levels of protein and fiber high. If your body is hungry, you should fuel it, just make wise choices. I agree! If you get hungry eat a healthy snack, like a yogurt and make sure you are drinking plenty…

Walking is a great start. Also eat small portion meals this helps with the weight loss. It maybe tough at first but with a lot of dedication you can do it. If you ever need support, just let me know!

I have lost 3lbs and been on it for almost 3 weeks now. Small portions are the key and exercise helps too as well. Good luck. :bigsmile:

Well it depends on how much fat intake and carbs you are consuming? You say your always on the go, what types of food are you eating? Eat the good carbs and always get plenty of sleep!! :happy:
