Thanks everyone for the tips. I have been using resistance bands but I do think its time to incorporate weights...I'm just so intimidated by them...lol, My husband has those power blocks and I guess I'll give those a try. I did order that T25..so I'm really hoping that will help as well.

Have you considered a green smoothie? I too use to skip but since the smotthie habit, I have tons more energy and I have not binged in the pm. I knew I was not going to be home till late tonight; therefore, I got up at 5am to do Chest/Biceps and Ab Ripper...felt a little sluggish doing it but at least I did get up and pressed play :)

I also had had hit a plateau for losing weight....What I did to get out of it is.... during the strenght training days (3 times a week at night) I got up in the am and did 60 min of cardio for a month...and bingo...the weight is finally coming off... I'm porud about the fact that I'm starting week four of p90x...my weight is coming off slowly...but it's steady....I'm down to my last 13 pounds to go......and now I can see little biceps building...it's tough..but soooooooo worth the sweat...bikini village..here I come:)

I myself do the same.....I get very discouraged...2 pounds lost on a Friday, then a 2 pound gain on a Monday...not getting anywhere. I beleive that the scale everyday keeps me in check on maintaining.

I'm stuck too...132.8...will be adding p90x along with elliptical for this week just to see what it will do for the scale.

None for me this week...still, 132.8..gotta rid myself of the gummie treats on my desk...students just love them..Can anyone think of another treat as a reward for good behaviour?BTW their tweens.

My scale will not go down...I've been following the recommend calories and doing elliptical training 5x a week (350 burned calories everytime). Maybe I should avoid the wine on Friday evenings...that might help:(

I'm starting the 17 day diet- it's 4 cycles, 17 days each cycle. A coworker followed this and wow! RESULTS. Doing this with a three to four day elliptical training...hopefully I"ll be smaller by spring.
