OK, I didn't have time to get on yesterday and log...so here are my numbers.
1/2/12 -- Day 1= 30 minute brisk walk
1/3/12 -- Day 2 - Jan 3 = 45 minutes coaching basketball, 30 minutes C25K, 15 minutes stretching0 -

We are not able to give 100 percent everyday. Doing it tired and sore is great and is better than doing nothing at all
