    Welcome! There's a group spreadsheet (three pages long already) that I keep updated throughout the day and post each morning with the totals for the day before.
  • 1 - 90 minute walk done! :flowerforyou:
    2 - 45 circuit training!
    3 - 60 yoga
    4 - 60 strength training

    Aww, thank you! I'm pretty much better now. It was just annoying not being able to work out for two days.

    3 out of 4 ~ forgot to check in yesterday and i did elliptical and 30DS. and today, i did stationary bike!

  • Day 3 completed - not much of a workout, walked 30 minutes and lost 107 calories, under the weather, but managed to get out for some fresh air :)
