lots of stretching and Advil. I also soak in a hot bath which helps relax them a bit. other than that just keep moving and wait it out- it will pass!

thanks for all the suggestions! nuts and dried fruit are a good idea. I'm hoping they'll have some healthy options for me- I just want to be prepared just in case.

it's not only about logging calories though- you also are logging the fiber, sodium. sugar, etc that might be in veggies.

I agree- It is a touchy subject, but at that age there is no way to have that conversation without making her feel awful. My mom would always try to put me on "diets" when I was growing up and I've have food/ self image issues my whole life. I have the same problem- I love the Jimmy Dean Delight breakfasts. You can pop them in the microwave and eat them at your desk. They're between 210-300 calories. good luck!
