  • I log my cleaning calories - I have a HRM (Heart Rate Monitor) and for 3 hours this past Saturday I burn 960 calories! I recommend logging.. As long as your breaking a sweat! If not don't worry about it! LOL

  • I have a 22 oz water bottle I start drinking around 11 or 12 and don't stop until I go to bed! Just keep drinking!! Add flavors to it - Water can get boring! Crystal light has some pretty good ones! Also the MiO shots are pretty good and they have energy ones. Good luck!!!

  • I have used Fitness pal years ago before my daughter was born and it seemed to work pretty good for me. Now that my daughter is 15 months old I need to get serious about loosing the last 15-20 pounds! My biggest problem is staying motivated and finding time and energy!!!
