Nut butter- put on toast, celery, apple, rice cake
Nuts
Greek yogurt with fruit & granola
Avocado
Quinoa, I like making a Greek salad with it.
Cook with olive oil
Brown rice
Beans, I like to roast veggies in olive oil & mix it with black beans
Drink a glass of milk
Piece of cheese- put on toast & add tomato & broil it for a minute.
Protein shakes-I use cottage cheese as the base, it's amazing! Check out dashing dish.com for awesome recipes!
Overnight oatmeal, easy for breakfasts & so many varieties to make!
Full fat mayo, sour cream, cream cheese etc.
Good luck!0 -

A small bowl of ice-cream, or some chocolate, or a bag of crisps - if you're full up and you need another 200 calories you can always have a treat.0
