LOG EVERYTHING! Also, put a note in the comments saying how you were feeling. You may see a pattern emerge. Plus....if you log everything you will be surprised at how much your "bingeing" will change from before. JMHO.

Another thing to take into account is flying. When you fly, the change in pressure can lead to a false gain. On average, men gain 1-2 lbs and women 2-5 lbs when they fly. You might want to try two strength session per week. Also, take your measurements!!!!! Feeling pretty great up here north of the 49th! So far I seem to be on track and getting back into my exercise routine in spite of the heat. Try a glass of almond milk. If you've never tried it, I know it sounds gross, but it is DELICIOUS!! Only 60 calories (or thereabout, depending on the brand) and it's good hot....and REALLY good warmed up!
