Depends on what I'm doing... I try to match up my playlists with my pace.

Elliptical/Stair-climber workouts are mostly 80's rock. Lot's of Poison (Fallen Angel, Look What the Cat Dragged In, Cry Tough), some Queen (Don't Stop Me Now... good sprint song, lyrics and all), and, I'm not afraid to admit, Wham finds its way in there, too (Wake Me Up Before You Go Go).

On the bicycle I like upbeat swing tunes, like Big Bad Voodoo Daddy. I like to keep RPMs around 100-115 on the bike, and I finish the playlist with a sprint tune to help me kick it up to 125-130 RPM for the last couple mins.

While running I like classic and 80's rock, but I'm less picky about what I'm listening to. Mostly it's there to keep my mind off the fact that I hate running. Occasionally some Aqua or Rednex slips in there, too.

Right off the top of my head, I couldn't tell you. But I would like to get a second mini SD and have that as my playlist. I can never figure out how to make a playlist on my mp3. It's a lot of K-pop and hard rock on mine.
