I second this. I have been using the Brazilian Butt Lift DVDs for over 2 weeks and I have seen a huge difference. The instructor is loopy but keeps it pretty fun.

For some reason, Adele's "Rolling in the Deep" helps me through runs. It always seems to come on shuffle right when I am losing my will. The beat is perfect.

One time I was at the gym running on a treadmill. I grew them last year. They look disgusting (kind of like a blood clot. Not to be gross.. but it is true) but they have a very rich, complex flavor. Definitely earned a spot back in this year's garden.
