I just bought this dvd on sale at superstore 2 weeks ago. Ive bone it 3 days in a row with healthy eating and I already notice a change in my energy level and the numbers on the scale!

As a personal trainer I can contest in P90X. It's the real deal. Make sure your starting from a fit stage, and not totally out of shape or you will just injure yourself

What a loooooooooser When my husband and I met it was in University and we were young and gorgeous. Since then Ive had 2 kids, strechmarks, droopy breasts, ect. He still loves me the same! remember that when your looking for a mate.
