Thank you for the advice. I feel I'm doing all of that... Maybe I am eating to much..1500 calories seems low but maybe I should do 1200.

Thanks everyone. My calories are 1500 per day.. Maybe 1800 on a hungry day. I drink 3-4 litres of water daily.

Hahaha. Actually on Atkins a woman is suppose to eat between 1500 and 1700 and a guy around 1900 and 2000. Read the book and get educated as this is 100 percent incorrect.

This isn't true. The new Atkins is all about veggies and protein. Please don't make comments like this without being fully educated on the subject.

If you add healthy carbs back you won't gain the weight back. Like any diet if you binge after,you are going to get fat again. People need to read the book instead of making these ignorant comments.

I hear ya 100% We are still trying after 10 years! I have found a new supplement studied specifically for PCOS and I actually got a normal period after 1 month. I finally feel like I have some hope now. Such a lonely and discouraging place to be :( Oh and I FRIKKEN HATE THE CHIN HAIR!!! WTF!!!!

People that gain weight back do not necessarily follow the plan. In most cases people that gain the weight back do induction for way to long and do not work healthy carbs back into their diet. 5 calorie jello that is sweetened with stevia. I make my own whipped cream with a few tbsp of heavy cream and it all adds up to 80 calories and 1 carb. Of course you can just have the jello for the 5 calories....lol
