So I'm new to all of this and I'm just starting to figure things out lol. My name's Baili and I'm 22 years old. I weigh about 195 and I REALLY need to lose about 50 pounds. I'm 5'8" so I don't want to be 100 pounds or anything haha. I just want to eat healthy and excersise daily because when I do I just feel SO good! So if anyone wants to help me stay on track I would really appreciate it! I will do the same for you! Thanks! :heart:
