  • Sry this response is kida late! But I did it in a pressure cooker, it takes like 5 min under pressure and it doesnt smell at all. Then I just put it in a blender. I used fresh garlish that I smushed, and salt and pepper =] hope that helps!
  • I'm 5'3. I would love to get down to 110 or so, but i put on about 10 pounds of muscle so i think Im aiming more for 120. Whenever my tummy is flat is the weight I will stop at!
  • My mom has the same problem and is very annoyed about it. I would try toning some more. You wont see weight loss in numbers but it helped me gain shape and lose fat in return for lean muscle. It wont make the number drop much but it makes you look better! Hope this helps! Good luck! :wink:
  • If you are worried about you will power failing you, eat something before you go like a cup of carrots and then you will be able to stop yourself after just one plate. Try splitting an egg roll with your friend and eat tons of veggies! Thats all I can think of. Good Luck! :happy: , Chloe
  • I went skating with a friend last night and burned like 600 cals and had a great time AND learned how do go backwards and sit on the ice. Working on jumps. . . Fell a bunch but its great fun!

  • Well good job on the first day! As for the before bed eating it is recommended against because it sits in your stomach when you sleep and when your metabolism is not as high (but it sounds like you knew that.) I would suggest having a snack (i sometimes have a half of PB and J) about an hour, hour and a half before bed.…
  • My mom and I both work out a lot and our numbers drop when we get on the scale after yoga and stuff. Sometimes we drop 2 or 3 pounds of water weight. You should weigh yourself at the same time each day, in between meals, when you have drunk approx the same amount of water, and then trust the scale. That is what I do. Good…
  • Ha yes we def are! I like this site too. I am i summer school right now (high school) and junk food is everywhere but this way i look at it and go "hmph, cant fit it in" and then don't eat it. It's great!
