My calories are only 42 for a smaller version. This is a life style change. I know it would be a lie if I said I was going to quit with the sweets all…

Yes, walking burn calories too. Stay within the target daily calories, burn calories by walking and let that be a deficit towards weight loss and it will happen. I would do some lite strenghten training as well at some point. Good Luck!

Yes. it can be done. I know people in wheelchairs that aren't physically able to work out and have lost just from dieting alone. However, if you can work out and do so cardio it would be great. Comes off faster and stays off longer. Good Luck!

Yeah, I agree...stick with it and o all the right things and it will start again. It has happened to all of us. Good Luck!

I often do a protein shake. I was told that it will help keep the metabalism going while I sleep. Which in turn will help me lose more weight while at rest. I wake up often through out the nite hungry. Howvever, while doing the shake I do not wake up hungry at all. My shakes are 100 calories as well. Hope this…

Thanks! I have only been doing only cardio. I will add some strength training in as well. I just thought it would make me heavier and I wanted to see the scale drop in numbers not go up. However, thanks again for the advice. I appreciate it!

I increased my calories to 1500, increased my exercise time to 45 minutes of cardio and eliminated dairy and wheat products (basically removed the gluten & casein proteins) and I had two weeks of 2 pound losses. I do the protein shake as a meal replacement in the am because I don't eat breakfast. It is quick and easy and it has all nutrients I need to start my day. Some are not meal replacement. However, mine is and it is only 100 calories. Gives me much needed engery to jump start my day!
