I am a 43 year old man looking to lose about 40-50 pounds.
I'm doing a combination of better nutrition/calorie monitoring, cardio and weight training to achieve this goal. I view this as a lifestyle change that I've been putting off for far too long - not a diet.
I am seeking others in the same or similar situation and with a similar fitness plan for mutual motivation and encouragement.
