  • I weigh in every Friday for my official weight. However, I am bad about stepping on the scale throughout the week to see if I've gone up or down. That's depressing, but it's hard to resist.

  • I have the same problem. I do try to log my food on the weekend, but I don't have the same routine and I always seem to go over. I don't have enough will power to stick with the food I should be eating. I also don't get my work outs in the way I should either. If you figure out a solution for this, pass it on.
