Welcome, it sooooo much harder after 50, but exercise, drink water and cut out all junk food and you can do it!!.

My cup size has not changed for 35 years and my weight has gone from about 130lbs to 200. Exercise can make them a little perkier! I am 50 and it still works for me

Depends on your build and age Anywhere between 140 to 160 lbs just get to where you are happy, healthy and can maintain.

They do fade some of mine are over 30 years old! They are just a bit silvery. When I am toned (and little tanned) they are barely there. Hi Freda I am 50 and struggling to lose 50lbs more, (only 9 so far) I think the trick is not to "eat" the extra calories "earned" by exercise unless it's really intense. (eg not just walking or weights). And as another "December child" agree watch the fruit intake!. Best of luck Joy

Pea's are a starchy veg, so eat in moderation. Snow Pea's, Sugar Snap peas, Green Beans, Broccoli & Cauliflower are better choices. Try a mixture stir fried with carrots and add a little low salt chicken stock

Gotta be Paul Walker. My Mum is 70 and says mm he is quite good looking, I am 50 and hell he makes me feel much younger, daughter 30 thinks he is hot & so do my 19 & 12 year olds.

I have always been told Weigh yourself once a week same time same day before dressing. Remember that once a month you may not have a loss Daily sounds a little toooo??? When I started doing that I threw away the scales (and look what happened). My Admin Assistant weighs herself daily and is in her late 50's trim & gorgeous
