Your diary is closed, but how many calories do you eat per day? I always make bad decisions and give into sweets (when I don't even really like sweets that much) when it's been too long since I ate/ I am really low on my calories for the day.

That's great! Congratulations!

I like the egg whites tip. I feel wasteful to throw away the yolk. Do you use fresh eggs or do you buy eggs whites in a carton like "Allwhites"?

I always thought I couldn't run because of my chest (DDs) but I started watching The Biggest Loser and if those girls can do it, so can I. I bought a really good supportive underwire sports bra (Champion) and just started doing it. 30 sec at a time, a min at a time... I'm up to 6 min straight, 2 min walking and 6 min…

I'm the one that cooks in my house, so when I make a meal I put it under recipes and save it. My boyfriend has his own profile, he views mine and copies the meal to his diary, and adjusts for serving size. Plus because I've saved the meal it is super easy for next time I have the same thing. Even if it's a little different…

I got the GE version of the Magic Bullet at Walmart for $20. I don't use ice, I use frozen fruit but it works amazing and it is convenient to make single servings as I don't want a huge amount. I use mixed tropical fruit a little vanilla yogurt a spoon of OJ concentrate a scoop of vanilla protein powder and milk to fill.

When I know that I'll be rounding out my evening with a few drinks I add more exercise! I'll work out an extra few hundred calories. Calorie restriction on a day where I'm drinking doesn't make as much sense to me, because I don't want to spike my blood sugar too much while I'm consuming alcohol. I also try to hydrate…

Maybe try to switch to a healthier sweet option? Instead of straight up empty calories you could eat a fruit with a little bit of cool whip as a treat. That way you get the sweet but also vitamins and nutrition. Just a thought.
