hmm try a new and different work out routine. I am trying the 30 day shred and it's only 20 min a day but is killling me and I thought I was in decent shape from working out most every day since December. But it is really kicking my butt! good luck hope you read something that helps!

this is gross but my husband and I have actually had this conversation. He is skinny and doesn't have to work for it at all. I work at it and struggle with my weight. The floating thing explains a few of our thoughts actually. Thanks for the nasty but interesting info.

I STOOD ON THE SCALE KNOWING i HAD LOST SOME SINCE i WORKED OUT SO HARD AND HAD BEEN REALLY GOOD FOR 2 DAYS. IT SAID THE SAME WEIGHT AS 2 DAYS EARLIER. GRR, SO i STOOD ON IT 3 MORE TIMES AND IT SAID 2.5 LBS LIGHTER. HA, ASK OFTEN ENOUGH AND YOU JUST MIGHT GET WHAT YOU ASK FOR! i AM STICKING WITH THE LIGHTER READING!

I have the same problem. I keep hearing that Cardio, Cardio, Cardio is the answer. I am giving it a shot. I guess it doesn't hurt right. If you still have some to lose cardio is going to help anyway. Good luck!

I am 30. Married with 3 kids ages 3,4,5. I am 5' 8", 206lbs now but was 230 at my heaviest. I started this new lifestyle change the 26th of December. So far I have lost 12 lbs and wanto to be to 175 by June. My ultimate goal is 145. But would love to be what I was when I got married which was 128. I am loving this site!

I workout everyday even if it is a minimum of 10 pushups, 20 squats, 30 crunches and 40 jumping jacks (takes about 5 minutes)but lately it's usually the Wii for 15-20 on top of that. I love the obstacle course it really gets my calves burning!

I have 3 kids ages 3,4,5. I totally get where you are coming from. What seems to be working for me is announcing that i am ready for my push ups and the kids love to do it too. Even if i only get 10 pushups, 30 squats, 40 jumping jacks and 30 crunches ( takes about 7-10 min and burns around 100 calories) the kids love it…

My problem is i hitdownload and it only says please wait then never continues no matter how long I leave it. I have a blackberry torch. HELP!!!
