I ussually eat breakfast before church, take a piece of fruit with me, sometimes we go to lunch afterwards if we dont pick a restaraunt with a salad and soup bar, I box half of what I ordered and hubby takes for lunch the nxt day, dinner is always light a sandwich or soup, we do eat it before we go to eve. bible study.…

I started visalus first of jan and lost 12 llbs first month and have hit a platuea since Ive tried changing it up but cant seem to get off plateau....but I like the nutritional value in shakes and lost inches and my labs have never been better so for that reason im plugging away!

I went on a 2 wekk cruise once and came back 4 llbs lighter, with all the walking, and utlizing their gym, and we did the buffets I just made better choices and thought to myself how can I do this at home.....lots of fruit and vegs dishes linited meat and carbs...increase activity does work!!
