Yes... I want to lose as much as possible as fast as possible but I have done that (1200) and it was HARD and I still didn't lose! Thanks

I'm 5'3" and currently (it changes, haha!) weigh 136, but I've weighed up to 185.... currently I try to stick to 1200, but fill up on "zero" or LOW calorie things (some fruits, veggies)! Best wishes to you!!

The Unsweetened Chocolate Almond Milk has 2 grams of Protein (not much but better than "NUTTIN'") haha! And.... SOOO DELISH... NO SUGAR and only 45 calories for a cup! YUUUUMMMMM!!!
