Im right with you. I am really struggling. I am having trouble in the evening and trouble getting motivated to get to the gym. Maybe we can encourage eachother?

I have been suffering for over 2 years with my gallbladder. I have had 4 major attacks since December. I cannot eat anything greasy or I am done. I have an appt. next week to book my surgery.

I just had a quick view of your diary. I have a few suggestions that may help. I would replace the mountain dew with water or tea with no sugar or milk. Maybe try to eat a little "cleaner". Cut sugar and processed food. Fill up on natual foods instead. Stay away from pop tarts, chocolate, potatoes and butter etc. If you…

I had a cheat night yesterday. It was my son's birthday and I enjoyed a piece of cake and ice cream. I am back on track today and feel great :)
