  • Why don't you just start by walking past it listening to some "pump you up" music. Take a 30 minute walk to relax you and release some of your stressful day.:wink: Try not to beat yourself up about it. Not everybody wants to get their excercise from the gym!

  • There are 5 pages of advice so I'm not sure if anyone already mentioned, 30day Shred. Jillian Michaels. She kicks my butt good and this program says you can lose up to 20 lbs in 30 days. I just got the DVD and I've lose 5lbs already.

  • I do a tuna salad cup with whole wheat crackers and instead of a salad everytime, sometimes I just bring a handful of cherub tomatos and a mini cucumber or baby carrots. For dessert I like Skinny Cow, Skinny Dippers. Vanilla or Mint ice cream bar dipped in chocolate. Just 80 calories
