yes, but I weighed myself this morning. Not horrible, I am up about 10 lbs. since my low this summer & 7 lbs. above my BMI. But today is a new day. Thanks for posting, I need the motivation.

I have lost weight on Weight Watchers several times, am became a "Lifetime member". Last January I was all set to join at work, just bite the bullet because I wanted to re-lose the 30 lbs. I gained, but then it became very complicated, the registration etc. that I stumbled upon this & lost 30 lbs. without paying any money.…

I did weight watchers off/on for years, even a life time member, but gained it all back. Started MFP last January, lost 30 lbs. so far have kept it off. I think it works fabulous & think of all the cute clothes you can buy with the money you can save.

thanks, I initially lost 30 lbs. on 1200 calories, but over the summer stopped counting & gained back 5 lbs. I need to get under control again, & your meals make me realize, I need to eat more, good food, so I won't snack on junk.

I am 57, 5'3, started out about a year ago at 170, followed the program religiously until June got down to 135, now I am back up to 146 lbs. I am strting over & would like to be friends., I think I can motivate you & you can motivate me.

i tried it with Yellow Cake & Diet Lemon Lime Pop over the week-end it was awesome. Very light. Thanks to whoever posted it. :smile:

It's tough, I have only gained 1 lb above my original goal weight which I hit last Spring, but I need to keep coming on the site so that I don't gain more back.
