if i were you, i would stop by a consignment store and by some just for work, that way your not spending all your money on clothes that wont fit for very long. craigslist is also a great source for used clothes :)

i would definitely up your calories...start at 1500 and slowly decrease them over time, always chanmge it up. Currently my goal is 2000 a day but that is because im breastfeeding :)

hahaha i had just started p90x and then found out i was pregnant! I immediately stopped, the workouts are pretty intense! I cant imagine it would be good for your baby. You can always do it after you have the baby :) Talk to your doctor and see if he or she recommends you wait or gives you the okay.

clothing isnt uva/uvb protective unless it says so. I too am extremely fair skined and i only freckle and burn. If i were you i would be more diligently covering myself in sunscreen or avoiding the sun all together. I absolutely hate freckles on myself and every year i get more, i dont wanna end up like lindsey lohan lol…

Hard to say without being super harsh but you just need to pick which one you want more...the yummy food or the nice body. your body will definitely go into shock for a while, especially if your used to eating like 2000 cals a day...how long have you been attempting 1200? I would say increase it to 1500, then slowly decrease it untill your back down to 1200 but that way it wont be as much of a shock :)

i would say it depends...if you being a starfish, no i wouldnt count it...also if you do it everyday then i would consider it part of your lifestyle BUT if you only do it once a week, then YES add it as cardio hahaha

hey im not sure what they can do for you as far as weight loss but my grandparents own a kelp farm and it is extremely good for your health, they are constantly doing research on health and beauty. I would say there is no harm in trying it, it is good for your health! :)

print some of the worst photos you have of yourself and put one on the fridge, one on your favorite snack cupboard and one beside the couch...hopefully that will help you divert your appetite. are you happy with the way your body looks right now? If you still feel "pudgey" or whatever, then i would say, go and lose the extra weight IF IT WILL MAKE YOU HAPPY. You can always find new favorite stores OR just get your fave clothes tailored
