I drink premade smoothies in the morning...i get them at krogers in the dairy aisle, i also take a couple nutri grain bars to eat on the way to work. if you can try to eat something small every couple hours so by the time lunch rolls around you wont feel like you are starving.

i do wii fit. i like the super hoola hoop, and advanced step and free run. after doing those im sweaty and sore for a few days.
