I started putting arugula in mine. I got the idea from this NYT article. They're really good! Who knew?! "Friends" that how you stick to it. I too dabbled with the MFP for awhile, but then last week I started to add friends. An it has truly changed everything! Great advice, fun people, and little pick-me-ups help you stay on track. Or at least it has for me.And I totally agree with Brooke, make that food journal "public".…

Under the "tool" tab there is a fitbit that a lot of people use. There is also the Nike+ fuel band that looks super cool too.

I really want to get a Nike+. Do you like it? Anyway... I would assume that you would only count workout calories burned. Your everyday activities aren't logged normally, so I would imagine the same would go even if you have the info provided by your Nike+.
