    Congratulations on your personal success! Being healthy benefits the whole family! Keep spreading the word. Lots of people need to realize there's hope for them, too. This summer, I've allowed the heat and my early morning building projects to derail my training runs, but I'll be hitting the pavement again soon. I'll prepare for a half-marathon, then determine if I need to go for the whole enchilada.
