I used to have a crazy crazy job that didn't leave much time for sleep so no matter how little hours it was between shifts - I would go to sleep but make sure the alarm is set.

I am a Mum of two, and am working part time and studying. Because I am in the middle of exam study at the moment for the past week I have mainly been doing exercise late at night which is not ideal! I am totally in! My goals are... I will have 3 cups of green tea daily I will run at least 4 times a week for 40 minutes a time. I will plan meals for the week each Tuesday (supermarket day is Wednesday) I will cut down my sugar intake I may also think of a couple more and add them in later on :wink:
