    Hi! I am new on here, but just started walking again to Leslie Sansone tapes yesterday.
    I lost a total of 25 pounds using her tapes before my stroke. I have a lot of different medical issues going on.
    Fibromyalgia, stroke survivor, arthritis, thyroid problems to name a few.
    I have kept off my weight, with the old weight watchers plan. I just need to get motivated in walking again.
    This challenge is great. I will WALK everyday as much as I can! Yesterday I walked 2 miles, and 2 miles today.

    Hey fellow walkers!

    I was just wondering for those that are doing Leslie Sansone what DVDs do you have. Right now, I have her 5-Mile Fat Burning Walk, but I just ordered two more..Walk Slim 5 Really Big Miles and Walk Away the Pounds Express Super Challenge. Those two should be arriving next week.
    have her power mile, walk your belly flat, 3,4 mile express, 5 really big miles, and another 5 mile one- it skips so I don't use that one. I used to have another 4 mile one- my absolute favorite! But our basement flooded and it got ruined :-( I look everytime I go to the store. I will probably buy another one soon!

    Keep up the great work everyone I would join yeah but I only do walking two or three days a week the rest of the time is spent doing HIT

    ran 4.25 miles on the 1st
    ran 3 miles on the 2nd
    ran 3.6 miles on the3rd
    This will help trying to lose 10-13 lbs by March 2nd

    10.85 miles so far
    74.15 still to go

    I hope it is not too late to join. . . but I am IN!

    1st = 1.5 miles
    2nd = 3.5 miles
    3rd = rest
    4th = 1.75 miles

    Total = 6.75 (78.25 miles to go)

    Usually my runs are more substantial than this, but this was our exam week, so I haven't had much time just yet. :)

    I did some bad eating today and wanted to be under on my calories so I did 2 miles.

    Goal: 85 miles

    Completed today (2/4) – 2 miles

    Total completed – 14 miles

    Left to complete – 71 miles

    HI, I would love to join this thread - i know I'm a bit late but I've just started using my treadmill again and this will be great for motivation.
