  • I would suggest going to a good running store in your area to get fitted for proper shoes. The store in my area actually looks at how you bear your weight and then they have you run outside the store while they watch so they can see if the shoes are appropriate for your specific needs.

  • I completed Week 1 Day 1 today. This was no small task for this 350 lb chica, but it's a start, right!. The running defintely got easier as the workout progressed. I can't wait until the day that I can run the entire thing.

  • Everyone here should be aware that McDonald's food is not the same in all parts of the world. In most countries outside of the US, the quality of the food is much higher and they actually use all beef in their hamburgers. It's all about portion control. Have the McDonald's and get what you want. If anything, just eat half.…
