  • LSA mix (Linseed and almond meal) from your health food store is great, I've had this problem for years and now add this to my foods like yogurt, smoothies, omlettes and into my dinners. It has no taste and is very gentle. I've never felt better, it also makes you feel a bit fuller at meal time. Good luck!

  • I'm having the same problem today. (TOM) My body has just said "ENOUGH!" so I listened and have done no excersise at all today.:frown: I have kept my food on track though. I think its ok to have a down day every now and then, just aslong as you get back into the next day.

  • I asked a friend whos a trainer and dietician and she said don't consume more then half your excersise calories and never eat after 7pm. As long as your eating 1200 + half your extra excersise cals your continue a safe and healthy weight drop. Good Luck!
