Alright, I am new to running, but looking to do 30 miles by the end of March

I used to get these a lot. I found out that I needed different shoes with better arch supports. I would start off slow and if it is too easy, move to the next week until you find it a little challenging.

Week 7 is done! I am still not hitting the 2.5 miles while I run, but I am running more and going further with each run. When I started this my mile was 18 mins, I hit 13:50 for my 2nd mile today! I will be working on stamina after the 2nd mile because I struggle for the last few minutes begging my headset to say begin…

Week 7 Day 1 done. Still working on my pace and not starting out too fast so that I can complete the run portion stronger.

Week 6 is done. I did better than I thought I would! Week 7 looks a little scary, but I will just slow it down if I need to.

Wk6 Day 2 done yesterday. I was struggling and had to stop a couple of minutes early on the last run, but when I mapped it, I realized I may have been running too fast. On to day 3 tomorrow :)

Week 5 Day 3 is done. I didn't run the whole 20, because I had to rest for about 4 mins. Still got in 2.19 miles and ran faster outside than I usually run on the treadmill. I am going to try running outside 2 days a week instead of 1 because it is so much nicer, but it all depends on the weather :)

Repeating week 4 this week. I am feeling a little more ready for week 5 now. It is getting a little easier to focus when I run.

Week 3 was intimidating at first, but I made it through. We'll see how week 4 goes! yikes :)

I would say start w/the "girl" push ups.. drop your knees and still do the push up. It will help build arm strength and get you to where you can do a regular push up.

I just restarted Insanity today, I got up to week 3 and then got sick.. I am hoping that I can complete this round :) Just take it slow because you will be sore.
