It took more than three weeks to put it on, so it will take more than three weeks to lose it. Be patient! Also, are you counting calories? Calories in < calories out = weight loss. Keep it up anyway though! You can and you will get there!

Lazy mans pasta! Take some pasta, I usually use half a serving, and put in a pot with carrots, onions, spinach, bell peppers, cauliflower an what ever other vegetables you fancy. Lazy Man's Pasta! (Not my creation, but still an amazing dinner :)) Throw all vegetables you can into a pot with some pasta, add a stock cube or other flavourings, or a tin of tomatoes, or both, and cook! I made mine with carrot, cauliflower, onion, bell peppers and spinach tonight. YUM!
