My salads are different everyday. The main thing I did was switch from using lettuce to making them with broccoli slaw mix instead. Then I add whatever I have around...some diced chicken, leftover pasta, other veggies and whatever else looks good.

You should really try to track your calories with MyFitnessPal. That way you'll see how many calories you're consuming every day. If you exercise as much as you say and record everything you eat and drink, every day, you'll have better success.

A couple things that work for me. Brushing my teeth often...most things don't go well with freshly brushed teeth. Another thing that works is just remembering how something tastes, and then thinking how greasy or sweet or just plain unhealthy that item really is. That's enough for me to make a healthier choice.

Greek yogurt with a smidge of honey is sooooo good too! I really love that stuff.

So now I've been motivated to get my big butt off the computer chair and go find a couple jars and some of those marbles I know I have stashed away somewhere.
