I agree with those who said take a break from logging!! You don't need this making you obsessed and feeling stressed, life is too short for that! You will reach your goals in time the natural way, you said you were dong fine on your own. Trust yourself!! God Bless!

I often get shrimp with extra vegetables and brown rice. It fills you up quickly and you only eat about half of it! The seafood choices are usually a bit healthier! Enjoy your lunch!

I don't know if you like sardines but I love the mustard kind with wheat crackers or the make your own tuna kits are also convenient! You could also try a wheat wrap with chicken, tuna, etc...
