Well, yesterday was definitely a bad day but I'm VERY excited to be back on track today. Tonight the plan is 15 min Elliptical and 30 Min running with an hour long fitness yogo class. I'm getting sick but I'm going to try to push through it because I deserve it darnit! :wink:
