Its a bad habit. My mantra is NOT ONE BITE! You know one bite leads to another. If all else fails ah I kid you not. Bring out the tape and yes put it over your mouth. :-) Tells your brain you are serious :laugh:

Ha! I started at over 200 and want to get to 130 to! I'm on a whole foods plant based way of eating. I bought the book Eat to Live by Dr. Fuhrman. I lost 40 lbs fast but started to gain again. Plant based, whole foods, no processed foods. Well for the most part. Still struggle with junk food as my husband leaves it lying around all the time. Chips in particular.

I find eating more protein like beans and lentils. Low calorie and fill you up. Make sure you have enough for each meal. Don't skip meals and don't leave it too long between meals. Juicing is great for cleasing and healing. Go to superjuiceme.com and rebootwithjoe.com. Mind you don't juice too much fruit or you won't loose weight. Lots to learn about it. Don't take it lightly.

I look at it this way. What does a sucssesful business women do? Makes out her schedule, writes everything down. Maybe think of it as a business plan. They have to in order to be successful. So should we then, right?:smile:
