  • I think I'll set my goal at 80 miles this month since I'll also be adding in strength training. I'm sure the first few weeks of strength training will result in sore legs and some muscle fatigue so I don't want to set my goals too high.   • I got in two hours of exercise this week with running and Pilates. It wasn't as much as I wanted so this next week will hopefully be better. I also got at least the recommended eight glasses of water on five days. Sometimes I'm just not thirsty.
