Hi Andrina...one of my favorites is mixed berries, pineapple, protein powder and crystal light.
1/2 cup mixed berries
1/2 cup pineapple
8-12 oz crystal light, any flavor
scoop of protein powder
I freeze together a half cup of mixed berries and a half cup of pineapple in baggies. This way, no ice is needed. As my son says, it tastes like liquid skittles.0 -
Do you like the Shamrock Shake from McDonalds? I experimented the other day and this is seriously so good:
1 tbsp Sugar Free Pistachio pudding mix
1/8 tsp mint or peppermint extract
1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
2/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 packets of Stevia (or to taste)
4-5 ice cubes
2 drops green food coloring
Approx 145 calories and SO good! I hate cottage cheese so I was skeptical but it came out perfect.0 -
Mine are usually over that but if you just use fruit and veg (I use spinach and kale normally) you should stay under that.
coconut water is 45 cals for 1 cup or you could add just enough water to make it thin enough to drink.
mine are over because I add:
hemp hearts
flax seed
flax oil
protein powder
If you are just using them as a snack and not a meal replacement I would just make it with fruit, veg and water/ice if there is room in the calories I would add a bit of protein powder0 -
