Don't beat yourself up about it. Just keep trying. I frequently don't finish what I start, but I get up the next day and try again. And, don't forget......we're all here with you, sharing the same struggles on this journey.

I'm happy that I found this webstie too. It's one of the first sites I visit on a daily basis. I start every morning logging in my coffee and continue throughout the day.
