I gave up alcohol in December, not just to be healthier but I tended to make very unhealthy decisions while inebriated. Down 22 pounds and only 1 person that has asked "how much weight have you lost? keep it up!" I've also heard in the last 2 weeks: "Have you changed your hair?" "Did you buy new scrubs?" Just started SL yesterday. I am feeling a little sore today but not too bad, just started out with the bar only as recommended. I have been running 3 miles, 3 times a week prior to this for my first 5k. After lifting I did jog a mile on the treadmill. Is it okay today to go ahead and run my 3 miles and tomorrow do workout…

Happy Friday everyone! It was supposed to be Kenpo today, but I wasn't feeling it and did Cardio X instead. Also, I'm down 2 lbs this week!

I work full time and have 4 children, ages 8& under. I have been working out at 8 pm when they go to bed because this is what works. I do not get home until 7 from work either, so 8 pm is "me" time. Occasionally if I have the day off and the younger two are still in bed, I will exercise when the older two get on the school…

Back and biceps done for the day, along with ab ripperx! This is the farthest I've ever made it in p90x and feeling quite proud of myself =)

Plyometrics done! Not sure if it was a good idea to workout before heading into work today, but at least I will get tobed at a decent time tonight! I also went to the store and stocked up on good, clean foods.

Day 1 of week 5......done! Chest, shoulders and triceps today, and boy did I feel the burn. Can't wait to what these next few weeks bring!
