Getting below 140 before my beach trip Labor Day weekend! Just hit 142 and 3 weeks to go in this mini-goal. I’ve been losing about a half pound a week but I think I can ramp it up to meet my goal. ( I’m going pretty slow because I’m trying to be easy on myself - still breastfeeding and I’m also pretty exhausted all the time with 2 little ones).7

I am at 168.9 (wohoo, finally got under 170lbs!!!). I want to get under 160lbs by New Year's - at 160lbs, I will be lighter than when I graduated high school (was at 165lbs at 18), I'll be 42 on Monday.9

Just waved good bye to the 190's (187.4 as of this morning) sooooo my next mini goal is 184 by my b-day in September!11

For the first time in over 25 years I am beginning to actually believe that I can weigh under 160 lbs!! I would like to get there by end of September but if not, doesn't matter because I know that I WILL one day!26

Fitting into an awesome dress I bought for a wedding next month and actually looking great instead of like a stuffed sausage. Plus seeing the look on my husbands face, since he hasn't seen me dressed up in more than 6 months and 15 lbs ago.10

I weigh myself once a month. My next weigh in will be in 10 days and I hope to see a loss of at least 4 pounds. That would put me at 236, and closer to my goal of 199. So, I'm on my best logging behavior!
In 8 days I'll have logged 100 days consecutively. My next goal for days logged is 125. I'm aiming for 365 days eventually! I don't think I've ever gone past 100 days.10 -
To get to my ultimate goal of 128, I’m 3lbs away and started at over 170lbs in feb, so close I can taste it!!!11

I went away for the weekend and the weather was a lot colder than expected. So I bought a coat since I didn't bring one. It's an L and I can sorta close it. The minigoal here is to be able to close it comfortably before the weather is also cold back at home. Which is Max a month or so9

I fell off the wagon for a few months and put on 15lb. Current goal is to ditch those.11

Just started back on the site after a year of slacking off. I lost 24 pounds last year before I gave up, so losing 20 is my first mini goal. Overall, I just want to improve my health, since I am now diabetic. Hoping to stick with it this time. I'm very motivated and I know I can do it!9

Keeping up with logging each meal, water intake (half my weight in ounces) everyday and doing some type of moderate cardio everyday.
I’ve been on and off of the site for years now and I fell into the diet trap of losing a lot of weight and then gaining it all back... double. So now I’m still 15 lbs over when I first started on here, but I’m down 13 lbs from my highest weight which was the beginning of this year. It’s been really hard with all the ups and downs, but I know the community on here is really supportive and I hope I can stay consistent with logging and staying active to reach my goal weight.8 -

I really want to lose 3.5 lbs by August 11th. My kids have a ballroom competition that day and I would love to hit a milestone for it. Then another 5 pounds by September 1st. That would put me at pre pregnancy weight for baby number 5...he is 2 now. 🤣 Not even looking at pre 1, 2, and 3-4 (twins)
So I didn’t make my 3.5 lbs. BUT, I am not letting the fact that my loss has been slower derail me. I am still losing! Keeping a positive outlook is my NSV today.
I FINALLY made it. 10 days later than I wanted to. I really wanted to be in Onederland by my birthday on September 12th. I don’t think it will happen BUT my 5 week projections are saying 199. I WILL make that a reality! So, 205 by the 12th. And Onderland by the end September! That will put me at over 25 lbs lost. Also, I want to drink 100oz of water everyday for the next week. GOALS!9 -
