I’ve just started (workout 1) Morning Meltdown 100 by Beach Body and I am exhausted.
Who else here has done his workout? Did you get good results?

I just started this morning. I’m following some of the recipes but just trying to stay within my calorie limits that are recommended.
I really liked it. I can see how maybe people started doing doubles.2 -

Love em on day 15! I switch off with jogging so it takes a bit longer but them leg days are killer. 🦵🏻2
