  • My concern is that waiting until you feel truly hungry can lead to over eating and the body might also attack muscle before fat reserves? I never allow my hunger to go unchecked too long because then I eat faster and cant always tell when I am full until I am stuffed!

  • I am a huge fan of adding coconut cream to my coffee. I does add some calories and especially fat, but I find that I am full longer after breakfast and don't need a snack as quick. Plus, it is paleo and vegan so if those are a bonus for you.
  • I think the best crock pot for you would be one with a double pot. You can slow roast veggies in one side and make meat in the other. I make all sorts of healthy foods in mine. My husband likes my white chili and also when I make soups. Mine is a Crock-Pot brand, but I paid $3 for it at a garage sale. Lol.
