wow thank you so much everyone!! well im 157pounds and im 5ft 1. I want to lose around 21 pounds. I love bread but I feel I can get rid of this as it bloats me out so much. im going to cut out bread, pastas, rice and potatoes but I do need 1 sugar in my tea!!lol so if I cut these and increase protein and fats I will lose…

I assumed housework would count towards my calories burned no? like if ive hovered my house from top to bottom (3 storey house) I assumed ive burnt calories?

Honestly on sat and Sunday I count less, I don't pig out but may eat a bit more than usual. I will from now on log sat n sun too!!

ok thanks guys im 147 pounds and and im 5ft 1, had a baby 6months ago and have been counting calories since jan 1st. id like to lose 1st-2st, I try to eat foods with low sat fat and try to watch sugar and salt intake.

over the moon to lose a lb aweek! as i want it to stay off!! lol at the mo im doing the clare nasir workout and using the wii fit(only had it since weds) along with walking to and from school, housework etc.

hi from looking at your diary for the last 2 day i notice tht you eat low fat sweet bars and crisps maybe steer away from those for a week and see if that makes a difference as this have a lot of sugar in them yes there low in calories and fat but they normally add more sugar so they have a nicer taste, im no expert but…
