I am suggesting the same, Minestrone soup is very low in cals and when ordering the salad, do not eat the croutons, and ask for no dressing on yours. They do have oil and vinegar (balsamic i think) that you can use for yourself. Pass on the cheese if you can. :)

Other than the balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar and light olive oil, i like to use the Wishbone sprays....(except the ranch) it is 1 calorie per spray...and i usually dont spray more than 40 times...40 calories baby...and its pretty tasty :)

I cant eat apples anymore, but when i did, i preferred Granny Smith or a barely ripe Golden Delicious (when they still have that slightly green tint). I usually eat my fruit (except berries) with salt or salt/lemon pepper blend. Salt brings out the sweetness of the apples.

yea, it could very well you might have an intolerance or even allergy to them. I found out that im allergic to carrots, potatos, and onions....i wouldnt eat raw potatoes, but i do notice with onions that it doesnt bother me as much cooked, since the protein is cooked out of the vegetable

I agree with ^^^ about the chocolate milk. Nestle quick has a FF or Low fat 100 cal bottles of choco milk. having one of those afterwards should suffice until bed time. Even something like a serving of fruit or yogurt/cheese stick can help.

I did a lot of research and ended up getting the Polar FT7. i wouldve done the FT4, but on amazon, the FT7 was cheap enough for me to get, so i decided on that. The chest strap is comfortable and it is easy to use.

i put soy sauce on just about EVERYTHING! Ill put it in cottage cheese, eggs, grits, any vegetable cooked in any form...My grandfather would joke with me saying i put it on ice cream...that is one that i dont tho. Of course, i eat salt and/or lemon pepper with most of my fruits as well.

massages are usually my first choice. Always love a good rub down, especially after exercising.
